Project Engineer/ Project Coordinator (Building Works)
Requirement:
-
H. Diploma or above in Construction Management/Building Studies/Architecture/ Building Surveying/Civil Engineering or related disciplines
-
Fresh Graduate is considerable for the post of Assistant Project Engineer/ Coordinator
-
Candidates with higher qualification/ more experience will be considered for the post of Senior Project Engineer/ Coordinator
-
1 year relevant experience relating to Building Works / Fitting Out Works/ A&A Works is preferred .
-
Familiar with Autocad is in advantage
-
Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
-
High enthusiasm at work
-
Willing to put effort to complete task and meet target
Responsibility:
-
Assist project management and operation
-
Prepare materials and shop drawings submission, daily report, survey report, progress reports etc.
-
Material and equipment measurement and order preparation
-
Coordination work with subcontractors, consultants, clients etc.
Registered Safety Officer (Building Works)
Requirement:
-
Diploma or above of relevant discipline with at least 5 years relevant experience
-
Holder of certificate of Registered Safety Officer (at least 2 year from the 1st issue date)
-
Good knowledge in safety regulations for construction and renovation site.

Familiar with safety management system

Good communications skills and independent
-
Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
Responsibility:
-
Monitor and maintain safety policy and practices to construction and renovation sites
-
Provide recommendation for the safety improvement measures for the site operation
-
Enforce implementation of safety policies and regulations
-
Prepare risk assessment reports and relevant safety reports for the running projects
-
Provide safety training to the site personnel
